With an impressive track record spanning over 23 years at LMH, James's career trajectory has been nothing short of extraordinary. He started as an apprentice in metal fabrication, quickly demonstrating his skill and leadership qualities. His rapid ascent to the position of workshop foreman at the young age of 23 is a testament to his dedication and prowess in the field.
James's role at LMH evolved over the years, from being a hands-on metal fabricator to taking on the responsibilities of a contracts director, and eventually leading the company as its Managing Director in 2016. His tenure as MD was marked by forward-thinking and strategic planning, laying the groundwork for future successes and innovations.
His vision for what the industry needed was not just theoretical but was brought to life through tangible accomplishments and advancements. James played a pivotal role in ushering in a new era for LMH, marked by the arrival of complex structures for valued clients in the data center space, demonstrating the company's prowess in delivering high-quality, intricate projects.

Managing Director
Tom De Vooght Johnson
Tom is a figure of expertise and innovation in the field of off-site manufacturing. His career began as an apprentice electrician, a role that laid the foundation for his deep technical knowledge and practical skills. This early experience was a crucial stepping stone that led to the establishment of De Vooght Modular, showcasing Tom's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation.
Tom's time at both ISG and Mace Group further honed his leadership skills and industry insight, playing a vital role in senior positions. His time there was marked by strategic thinking and the ability to foresee and adapt to industry trends, qualities that he brings to his role at Modulise.

Technical Director
Martin Naddy
Martin, appointed as the Technical Director at Modulise, combines his role with ongoing responsibilities at LMH Engineering Ireland, where he continues to serve as Project Manager. His extensive career in project management and engineering spans various global locations, highlighting his capability in both managing and innovating within the civil engineering and construction sectors.
At LMH Engineering, Martin plays a pivotal role contributing significantly to the company's projects and operations. His time at Carey Group plc, where he served in various capacities including Project Manager in Dublin and London, has endowed him with a wealth of experience and expertise. This period was characterised by significant achievements and growth in his professional skill set.
Martin's earlier career saw him engaging in BIM project schedule control at Project Programme Management LTD in Dunboyne, Ireland. He has also gained international experience, having worked as a Site Engineer at Abigroup Contractors Pty Limited in Brisbane, Australia, and as an Assistant Project Controller at Programme Management Ltd.
Academically, Martin is well-qualified, holding a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology.
In his role as Technical Director at Modulise, Martin brings a unique blend of practical experience, technical expertise, and a global perspective.
